How do I use Return or Exchange service ?

In what condition can you apply for Return or Exchange service ?

1.The products are labeled as Return or Exchange service.

2.The total amount of the product (without tax) and the shipping fee is no more than USD 1,000.

3.The shipping address is in one of the following countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Canada, the Netherlands, Italy, or Russia.

4.The reason for the return is due to quality issues.

5.You can only apply for one Return or Exchange service for each Trade Assurance order. For example, if you purchase 10 items and return 5 items via Return or Exchange service, the remaining 5 items cannot be returned via Return or Exchange service again.

 

How to apply for Return or Exchange service?
Step1. Find the order you would like to return or exchange and click Apply for refund;
Step2. Click Return, Select a reason
Step3. Fill out the required information and provide evidence, then click Submit. You will receive the results within 48 hours.

How to return or exchange products via Return or Exchange service?
1. Take photos or a video of the package before you return. The photos or the video may be used as evidence.
You have the option of using the shipping method offered by the warehouse or returning the items yourself. You have 15 days from the time your Return or Exchange service is approved to return the product to the warehouse.

 

First method: shipping method offered by the warehouse
Step 1: On a piece of paper, write down the Trade Assurance order number and place it inside the package.
Step 2: Go to the post office , stick the shipping label on the box and drop it at the post office.
Step 3: fill out the Return or Exchange service application with the package provider and tracking number.
Note: You are not required to pay for shipment; the warehouse will cover the shipping fee. Once the buyer has filed for
Return or Exchange service, the buyer must return the items within 15 days.

Second method: Return the package on your own
Step 1: On a piece of paper, write down the Trade Assurance order number and place it inside the package.
Step 2: Go to the post office and fill out the 
Return or Exchange service application with the package provider and tracking number.
Step 3: Stick the shipping label on the box and drop it at the post office.
Note: Please keep in mind that you will be paying for the shipping fee.

Abrasivestocks will offer a refund as soon as the warehouse confirms the delivery of your returned package. Usually, it will be returned to your bank account within 20 business days.
When you apply for 
Return or Exchange service, Abrasivestocks can only return the product amount and the shipping fee, excluding the processing fee, VAT, and coupon.
Abrasivestocks will notify you and take further action if the returned items are damaged, different from the original, or missing.
