CPPCC member: proposed to open the raw material import qualification to private enterprises pilot

"For a lot of imported products, private enterprises have less import quota, but in the actual use process, private enterprises use more, so the quota management should be adjusted accordingly."He said.

He suggested, can choose some good social reputation, strong industry influence of outstanding private enterprises, open feed grains such as corn in the field of agriculture, industrial areas such as potassium chloride and other raw materials import qualification, and is based on the actual production of the various enterprises and demand determine the proportion of the quota allocation, no longer allocated according to enterprise's state-owned or private property, to guide the industry more fair and orderly competition, continuous stable and healthy development.
